How it all got started
“We were in a local livestock sale barn buying yearlings, debating on what vaccines to process them with when the idea for CAYAC came to us.”
CAYAC was created by two millennial cattle producers, Matt Rice and Tommy Allen and founded June 1st, 2015. Matt and Tommy both have backgrounds in livestock, from managing both cow-calf operations and stocker cattle and frequently attend livestock auctions throughout the year.
Their cattle knowledge in combination with experience in developing National Ag Marketing Campaigns on The Ag information Radio Network and On-Point Media, has given them a unique understanding of targeting a message directly to the right audience.
Our goal for CAYAC was simple: Develop a co-op using our nation's premier sale barns to educate producers on new livestock products, while creating a healthier cattle herd across the US. Today we proudly partner with over 100 independent livestock auctions in North America.
There is simply no better way to target livestock producers than CAYAC sale ring advertising.
